摘要:
Thin films of arsenic trisulphide have been prepared by spray pyrolysis method from aqueous medium. The disodium salt of ethylene diamine tetra acetic acid (EDTA) is used as a complexing agent. Four different samples of these films are prepared with various concentrations of EDTA. The prepared films are amorphous. The effect of concentration of complexing agent on the structural, electrical and optical properties of the films are studied and reported. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science Ltd, All rights reserved.
