Structure and dielectric properties of non-stoichiometric Bi2O3-ZnO-Nb2O5 ceramics

摘要
Bi-based ceramics with pyrochlore structure exhibit interesting microwave dielectric properties such as high dielectric constant and low firing temperature. Structure and dielectric properties of non-stoichiometric ceramics Bi(1.5)ZnNb(1.5-x),O(7-2.5x) (x = -0.344 similar to 0.13) were investigated. Dielectric properties are usually proportional to the polarizability of the constituents. The experimental results show that dielectric constant increase linearly the x value. The dielectric relaxation and defect resulting from non-stiochiometric ceramics Bi(1.5)ZnNb(1.5-x)O(7-2.5x) were discussed.
