摘要
This article evaluates the use of active methodologies in Nursing education and their capacity to develop skills and competences recommended by the devices that govern professional performance and health care strategies. Identify which active methodology is most used end how it contributes to Nursing education. This is an integrative literature review with a qualitative approach carried out from bibliographic research in the Scielo, Medline and LILACS databases. According to a bibliographic survey carried out, the study showed that the most used methodology is the Problematization Methodology (MP), with 40% of the experience reports found, followed by realistic simulation (n=2; 20%), the resources audiovisual and software (n=2; 20%) and conversation circles (n=2; 20%). The MP provides the development of skills and competencies that ore important for academic and professional training in Nursing, as it contains tools and methods aimed both at the classroom environment and at the nurse's own performance. The experiences reported in the studies demonstrate that the use of active methodologies has a lot to add to the development of fundamental skills and competences in the ethical-professional and humanistic training of nurses.
