摘要：

In the paper,the reasons of Heilongjiang GDP increase and business fluctuation since reform and opening are analyzed deeply from the aspects of the structural changes of supply and demand. The author also looks forward into the base of moving reason of GDP increase, in the coming years and puts forward the countermeasure proposals to improve the increase of GDP.
