摘要：

Aimed at China Haier's practice of integrating domestic and overseas science and technology innovation strength, based on innovation theoretic of Innovation source and system view of Innovation, This article analyses three innovation integration modes of supply chain: "fetching in companionate advanced technology", "effective cooperation innovation", "Internationalization multi-faceted technology innovation". It also reveal that supply chain management plays an important role to increase technique innovation capacity of enterprise and enhance its competition capacity.
