摘要
The work characterizes biochemical parameters, behavioral activity and learning in the new rat model of presymptomatic stage Parkinson's disease, induced by single intranasal MPTP administration (2mg). Experiments show the decreased motivational activity during learning in rats, treated with MPTP. This was not accompanied by motor disfunctions, characteristic to Parkinson's disease, which is in line with literature data and confirms the presymptomatic stage. The activity of antioxidant system in homogenates of frontal lobe tissue in experimental animals was considerably reduced. The decrease in concentration of the main metabolites of dopamine - 3,4-dihydroxyphenylacetic and homovanillic acids - is shown in the striatum and the brainstem of experimental animals.
