摘要
Human resource is the first resources. With the increasing importance of human resources, people's understanding of human resource is becoming better, and the society also focus on the university human resources management. Human resources management of Chinese universities needs to learn and take foreign successful experience for reference, and accurately we will find the existing problems and the insufficiency in Chinese university human resources management, and analyze deeply the causes of the problems, and then put forward scientific and reasonable countermeasures and suggestions.
