摘要：

To satisfy the demand of CAINONET (China Advanced INfo-Optical NETwork), this paper probes into the related network performance measurement and evaluation methods, demonstrates the necessity and rationality to take OWDP(One-Way Delay Protocol) as a method of network performance monitor. Then it pays more attention on its basic principle, key problem and system implementation of OWDP.
