摘要
Affinity monolith chromatography) AMC( is an effective technique for isolating, analyzing, or studying certain target chemicals in samples . Affinity monolithic support and as abiologically binding agent serve as the stationary phase in monolithic chromatography . This study include monolithic column consists of co polymers from glycidyl methaciylate (GMA) , cross linker ethylene di methacrylate (EDMA), Acrylic acid(A.Ac) prepared by U.V photo polymerization inside borosilicate columns (60 mm) with an inner diameter of (1.5 mm), and an outer diameter of (3.0 nun) and then modified by adding starch solution (pH =10)to react with epoxy group of GMA for 12 hours in room temperature . Identification of the monolith using different techniques such as FTIR, UV- Light source,SEM and BET.The result affinity polymer can be used for separation and purification of alpha-amylase enzyme in human serum.
