摘要
One of the main obstacles to synchrophasor estimation for P-class phasor measurement units is the decaying de (ddc) component in a fault current. This is mainly due to the difficulty of achieving high accuracy and low complexity simultaneously. This paper proposes a novel dynamic synchrophasor estimation algorithm to address this problem. The ddc component is modeled as a dynamic sinusoidal component with a low frequency. Then the dynamic sinusoidal component and the fundamental component arc both described based on the Shannon sampling theorem. The corresponding finite impulse response filters are designed offline to reduce the computation burden significantly. Simulation tests verify that the total vector error of the proposed algorithm can always meet the requirement of the IEEE standard C37.118.1a-2014, even under ddc offset condition.
