摘要
Aim of the work is the analysis and research on key legislation and regulations that govern the granting and receiving public administrative services in health care. Materials and methods. The study used the regulatory framework and informational data on the activities of healthcare institutions. The main research methods were as follows: comparative legal, empiric, method of rising from the general to the concrete, gnoseological. Results. The regulations that govern the granting and receiving public administrative services in health care were analyzed. The features of further development of Ukraine as a "service" state were theoretically substantiated. The features of governing various public administrative services in health care in Ukraine were considered. Conclusions. More focus needs to be placed on improving the legal regulations of services in health care in Ukraine. At the legislative level, it should be made clear which services in health care are public and administrative, and which are not and their characteristics.
