In vivo measurement of receptor biochemistry is a unique approach to the future assessment of the functioning hepa-tocyte. 99mTc NGA/GSA kinetic modeling has been evaluated both experimentally and clinically, and therefore, it can be regarded as the prototype model of receptor-based analysis. © 2001 Elsevier Science Inc.
