摘要
Construction market plays an important role in national economic and social development. However China's current nonstandard construction market and unsound enterprise credit records bring certain effects are brought to the development of architectural market. Comprehensive evaluation of enterprise credit rating can guide investors to evade risk and make correct decisions, promote construction enterprises to increase market competitiveness by using credit reputation, and provide good foundation for the healthy development of the building industry. Based on the characteristics of the construction engineering, the research at home and abroad suggests the perspective of project implementation process, analyzes the principles, index system and evaluation method of construction enterprise credit evaluation system.
