摘要
In recent years, with the economic development, the conflict and contradictions of women entrepreneurs among multiple roles become more and more acute. Almost all women entrepreneurs are facing El different degree of work-family issues. So how to balance work and family becomes more concerned for the community. With this background, we took women entrepreneurship as the research object, and the work-family conflict and work-family promotion theory which based on the role theory as research foundation, summarized the work-family balance strategy of women entrepreneurs.
