摘要
The features of growth and development of the basidiomycete Panus tigrinus VKM F-3616D on different media are studied. The fungus has a high speed of growth on agar media, by microscopic examination the single buckles, basidiospore, anastomoses are found. Maximum of biomass and laccase activity of the fungus P. tigrinus in submerged conditions were found on culture medium contents 1.5-2 % of technical lignosulfonate. The lignin degrade activity was higher on the same medium. The fungus P. tigrinus VKM F-3616D is a perspective strain for further biotechnological application.
