Lasing from TM mode photonic crystal nanobeam cavity

摘要
We demonstrated lasing from TM modes in photonic nanobeam cavities. By varying the radius of air holes, Q-factor reaches around 1,000,000. The single-mode lasing action was performed at room temperature, and confirmed by numerical results. (C) 2021 The Author(s).
