The simplified analytical approach of water-cooling in the cylindrical thermal storage tank of various volumes is carried out. The influence of the water quantity in tank or its volume, quality of isolation and ambient air temperature is evaluated for the water-cooling dynamics. Relations for the determination of the water temperature, relative amount of heat and isolation effectiveness upon the time are given. The results of water-cooling dynamics are presented graphically. The obtained results allow the effect of isolation quality to water-cooling dynamics and the thickness of tank isolation to determine more easily.
