摘要
The paper presents a review of the current state of energy consumption in Kazakhstan and Russia, and the outlook for introduction of energy-etlicient LED-based lighting. The authors propose an experimental stand to facilitate study of illumination properties of high-power LEDs in various temperature conditions, and to maintain the optimum operating parameters of LEDs.
