摘要
The paper presents a tuning method for selecting position and velocity controllers parameters of a cascade control system of servo-drives driving feed drive systems in computer numerical control machines where interpolator generates the trajectory with a rectangular acceleration profiling. The proposed method take into account the waveform shape of the position error signal and the resolution of the transducer to measure the angular position of the motor shaft. The objective function values for the algorithm are determined for the position reference signal increasing parabolically. (A method of tuning position and velocity servo-drive controller in CNC systems).
