摘要
Spleen tyrosine kinase (Syk) associates with a variety of immunoreceptors in myetoid and lymphoid cells. Syk initiates intracellular signaling once the receptor is engaged by its ligand. Blocking Syk may prove beneficial in interrupting the propagation of the abnormal immune response in both autoimmune and allergic diseases. (c) 2007 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.
