Cultural comparison in project management: from perspective of national culture

Culture has great influence on project management, especially to international project collaboration activities. Deep knowledge of diverse national culture is beneficial and advantageous to project management practice. We use literature collection methods to summarize national cultures in various institutional countries. Eight different national cultures in project operation have been compared to find the differences among them. We find different national teams has their own team beliefs, only if their partners know behavioral cultures, the cooperation can get success. Other implications of cultural differences for project managers are presented in the end.
