摘要
In this work, we study the magnetic properties of the perovskites having the formula AFeO(3), with "A" being non-magnetic elements. This study is performed using Monte Carlo Simulations (MCS). In a first step, the ground state phase diagrams have been investigated and discussed for the bismuth ferrite BiFeO3. For non null temperature we provide the dependency of the magnetizations and the susceptibilities as a function of the exchange coupling interactions and the crystal field. We performed the results for a finite size system and analyzed the magnetizations and the susceptibilities as a function of temperature. To complete this study, we examined and discussed the hysteresis loops, for specific values of the physical parameters. (C) 2018 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
