摘要
Salt stress is one of the most important environmental factors limiting the production of agricultural products. Linen seed is used as a medicinal and aromatic plant. Due to its omega-3 fat seed content, it is used in cancer treatments, against heart diseases, to strengthen the immune system, and is included in diet lists. In this study, a variety of linen, Royal linen, was used as MAP. Different salt concentrations with Bacillus sp. bacteria was applied to examine the effects of the application of bacteria under salt stress on germination (germination percentage (GP), germination speed (GS), mean daily germination value (MDG), peak value (PV) and germination value (GV)). Significant decreases were observed in the germination properties with salt and bacteria applications under increasing salt levels. The highest germination rate was observed to be under the application of 84% to 25% NaCI + Bacillus sp. 10(8) CFU. It was determined that bacteria application had positive effects on germination properties under salt stress.
