摘要
The selection of the principle is an important problem during the preliminary phase of the laser interferometry instrument's designing. For lacks of an effective method, the conventional decision-making is hard to avoid the influence of the designer's subjective sensation. To solve the problem, this paper proposes a new method based on the grey system theory. Using this novel decision-making method, a selection is made between four common interferometries under a certain condition. Theoretical analysis and experiments prove dot the method is effective, accurate and easy to be carried out.
