摘要
It has been universally acknowledged that task-based language teaching has been proved to be a viable to second language acquisition (SLA). Since tasks are used as vehicles to form comprehensible input of target language in the course of negotiation of meaning, produce language output and then attain the goal of second language acquisition. Oral proficiency is regarded as a baseline for measuring learners' manipulation of second language. The experiment aims to examine to what extent TBLT can facilitate oral proficiency by dividing 16 students into experiment class and control class respectively. It turns out that TBLT is an efficient method for this purpose.
