摘要：

Cardiovascular magnetic resonance imaging (CMR) is the gold standard for assessment of left and right ventricular size and function. With pharmacological stress agents, stress CMR provides a safe and reliable source for assessment of myocardial ischemia. In this review, currently available methods of stress CMR are briefly discussed. In addition, major advantages of CMR over other imaging techniques, such as tissue characterization are highlighted.
