We present the case of a large yolk sac tumour of the ovary in a 14-year-old girl with high level of serum alpha-feto-protein (AFP). Multidisciplinary care is important to do appropriate surgical treatment with the aim of fertility preservation. (c) 2010 Elsevier Masson SAS. All rights reserved.
