A Study on Efficiency of Labor Quota Management of Building Construction Enterprise

Profitability is the basis of sustainable development of building enterprise and labor quota management is the key factor for building enterprise to gain profit. Issued by the government of the unified price of engineering budget norm, but according to the fierce competition in the market, the budget quota bidding to control the engineering cost not too big effect. China, being one of the members of the WTO, for the purpose to integrate with international construction market, is promoting the bill-of-quantity model widely, that is implementing separation of quantity and price and independent quotation by enterprise. However the most of building enterprises in China don't actually compile quota for themselves and the managements of the enterprise quota are very weak also. For the purpose to improve core competence and increase market share, Construction enterprises must compile quota for their own enterprise. The compilation of labor quota in enterprise quota will play a leading role in construction process. This paper focuses on compilation of labor quota in enterprise quota, at the same time analyzes the main method to improve efficiency of labor quota management of enterprises and the development trends of enterprise quota management.
