The realization of digital-design platform for mechatronics system

摘要
A digital-design platform is being gradually developed to improve market sensitivity and meet the high requirements to modem mechatronic products on function, quality, development cycle and so on. Based on programming language of YYY and B/S mode via the technology of ASP, integrating software of machine design and control system design and information management system of mechatronic products design, the developed digital-design platform is achieved. In the digital-design platform, it accomplishes the uniform work interface by YYY, which has implemented the integration for all kinds of application software, such as AutoCAD, Pro/E, ANSYS, ADAMS, MATLAB and information management system. The developing interface has a good function of expansion and can be manipulated easily and conveniently. In order to realize the distributed information integration and sharing, it adopts B/S mode through the technology of ASP. The access and manipulation of distributed information is the process which realizes distributed management of all kinds of engineering design information and management information of project. This platform lives in the object of mechatronic products, is characterized by numeralization, and is based on the approach of distributed information management, realizes parallelism, network, integration and virtualness of the development for mechatronics products. The application shows that it can satisfy the basic requirements to modem design and distributed information management for developing of modem mechatronic products.
