摘要：
In this paper, based oil the two-stage planning and profit contour method, and rational person assumption, the optimal solution of buy-back contract has been studied in detail. A Equilibrium solution which is better than Stackelberg game Solution has been gotten. Since manufacturer's buy-back policy in buy-back contract shares some risk of uncertain demands from the retailer, it promotes further cooperation of the retailer and the manufacturer, which gives the manufacturer and the retailer more profits, also increase the order quantity.
