摘要
As we are moving towards the Internet of Things (IoT), the number of connected objects is growing at a rapid pace. These smart devices continuously generate enormous amounts of data, which can be valuable for many services. One key point hindering the growth of such services is that they often deal with personal and sensitive data. That usually leads users to be more conservative about the usage of their data by third parties. In this context, a seamless need has emerged in order to build an Intelligent Data Exploitation System (IDES) whereby service providers exploit users' data in a secure and more transparent manner. To achieve this goal, we propose in this paper a novel framework based on blockchain in order to promote personal data. The proposed solution is user centric in the sense that the user has the complete control on his data's exploitation life-cycle. Besides, services providers will not have a copy on the data itself. Instead, a separate secure environment is proposed in order to execute a model on top of data. To assess the performance of this work, a real world application has been developed. Hyperledger Fabric 1.1 is used as a blockchain technology and a combination between Graphene-SGX and Cryptobox is used as a secure execution environment. Experimental analysis showed that the proposed solution is secure and efficient enough to be integrated within a real world application. (C) 2019 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
