摘要
With the rapid advancement of the process of global integration, China's development situation has also changed greatly. Against this background, "The Belt and Road initiative" has been implemented in China, which has played an important role in promoting its own development and enhancing international influence. Under the new background, it is urgent for the society to cultivate and export English talents with more solid language skills, higher sensitivity to foreign cultures, more communication awareness and audio-visual communication skills. Under the background of "The Belt and Road initiative", this paper analyzes the necessity of English teaching resources construction, and summarizes the problems of the development of English teaching resources in the past, and puts forward suggestions for teaching resources development from the aspects of development strategy, development process, resource evaluation and auxiliary resources development.
