WEB Services convert the applications into a WEB application, which can publish its function or message to the rest of world. The basic WEB Services platform is XML + HTTP The types of WEB Services have been explained. WEB Services platform elements are illustrated. The ScalabelVector Graphics (SVG) is explained in detail.
