Temperature-rate dependent kinetics of martensitic transformation in MnCu alloy

摘要
The thermodynamic properties of as-cast Mn-8wt.%Cu alloys associated with martensitic transformation, were measured with Differential Scanning Calorimetry technique. We studied the temperature-rate dependent behavior of the peak-position, measured heat, width of hysteresis loop and transformed fraction per unit temperature. The hysteric behavior during cooling is different from that during heating.
