摘要
This study gains a better understanding of why and how consumers go on-line instead of off-line when shopping. Consumers choose to shop on-line instead of off-line because of price and information reasons. Many on-line retailers offer lower prices than their off-line competitors and this do attract people to go on-line and shop.
