摘要
We present a design of tunable terahertz (THz) metamaterial filter with single-band and dual-band switching characteristics. The proposed device is composed of dual splitring resonator (SRR) and a central bar. To control the horizontal and vertical displacement between the central bar and SRR, the resonance could be tuned by 0.08 THz and the transmission intensity is keeping as 100%. The electromagnetic response of proposed device exhibits polarization-dependence and single -/dual -band switching characteristics. These results open an avenue to be potentially used for detector, sensor, and switch applications in THz spectra range.
