摘要
The management mode, organisation characteristic and operation manner are in detail analyzed in this paper. Urban taxis, based on their performance and operating characteristic, can provide convenient traffic travel service of non-directive route, non-limit place, route and time for single or a few of passengers. Taxis ar navigated and located by means of modern advanced high-tech, such as data communication, navigation and location, computer, artificial intelligence and so on, so that operating supervision for urban taxis and timely route guidance could be effectively implemented. In this way, roads, vehicles, drivers for taxis and supervisors can further contact one another, supervisors could distinctively know taxis running situation and drivers for taxis would know vehicular running situation as plain as daylight. Thereby operation efficiency and safety of vehicular transportation for taxis will be improved, road traffic congestion will be avoided or reduced. It has favorable and applied value.
