Internet is a double-edged sword, which impulses spreading of information, and at the same time brings some crisis affairs which have never happened before to enterprises. When enterprises apply some skills of public relations on their own properly, government also creates favorable internet environment for them to develop the positive aspect of internet making internet become effective tool for them to turn crisis into opportunities. This essay analyzes the form and characteristic of public relations crisis under the environment of internet, and analyzes shallowly how to take effective measures to manage interne crisis aiming at the characteristic of crisis from two angles of both enterprises and government.
