摘要:
The slanted overhanging sinusoidal and trapezoidal gratings are proposed to be used as broadband couplers for light guides. The optimized couplers exhibit a high coupling efficiency of over 50% for unpolarized illumination over the full band of white LED. The fabrication of the overhanging gratings is also investigated.
