摘要
Two new anthraquinone glycosides: methyl 8-hydroxy-4,7-dimethoxy-1-methyl-9,10-dioxo-3-( beta-D-glucopyranosyloxy)-9,10-dihydroanthracene-2-carboxylate (1) and methyl 3-methoxy-1-methyl-9, 10-dioxo-8-(beta-D-glucopyranosyloxy)-9,10-dihydroanthracene-2-carboxylate (2), have been isolated from the methanolic extract of Gladiolus segetum. Their structures were established based on spectroscopic analyses. The fraction containing anthraquinones was evaluated against MRC-5 cell lines and was found to be 82% cytotoxic at 1 mg mL(-1)
