摘要
Cell membranes from the rotifer, Brachionus urceus, were obtained by centrifugation and found to specifically bind white spot syndrome virus (WSSV) in vitro. This finding suggests that there is likely a WSSV receptor on the rotifer cell membrane and provides evidence that rotifers may be a host for WSSV. (C) 2007 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
