摘要
The author questions the model of the body that permeates sporting practice. He proposes considering the body as a way of inhabiting the world, this through a phenomenological perspective. This inhabiting through the body is sustained by a tonic dialogue that is its own substance. The tonic modulation "spatializes" and "temporalizes" the subject. These experiences are the basis of expressivity and can be applied to the realm of sport. Bodily awareness becomes awareness through the body. From then on, a bodily ecology emerges: inhabiting the world involves establishing a dialogue in which the gestures and practices of sport are ways of inhabiting the world in their own right.
