The Structural Model and Complexity Analysis of the Higher Education Resource Supply Side System

To define the supply structure of higher education resources is good for promoting development of higher education. The supply structure of higher education resources is the complex system with multiple purposes, multiple elements, multiple levels and multiple functions. This paper firstly defined the connotations of the higher education resource supply side, then analyzed the objectives, elements, structures, functions, environment and subsystems of this system, and discussed the cooperativity, nonlinearity, adaptability, emergence, chaos characteristic and self-organization of the higher education resource supply side by combining with the structural model.
