摘要
In this paper, the functions and characters of another generation single-chip microcomputer series, MSP430, with low power consumption, high performance recommended by Texas Instrument Company are introduced And on this basis, regarding the 8 channels and 16 bits single-chip microcomputer MSP430F149 as the core, we put forward a method to realize the intelligent and miniaturization multi-point temperature measurement system for the grain depot by using integrated current type temperature sensor AD590. All the design block diagrams of circuit hardware, temperature collection software flowchart and the communication software flowchart of single-chip microcomputer and main computer of the temperature measurement system are supplied The temperature measurement circuit consists of sensors, amplifiers, filters etc; the RS-485 mode series communication circuit is adopted between the single-chip microcomputer and the main computer to realize the long distance signals transmission. This temperature measurement system has such functions like temperature real-time circular display function for every point, temperature display function of any point and alarming function when the temperature overpasses the setting value, and it also has advantages like high performance price ratio, small size, long transmission distance, strong noise resistance. good interchangeability of sensors and wide application ranges etc. Compared with the multi-point temperature measurement system which consists of traditional temperature sensors, it saves the AID transfer circuit. So it can be used for multi-point temperature measurement in all the large grain depots, vegetable canopies and other warehouses.
