A highly efficient and versatile solid-phase synthesis of 2,4-diaminoquinazoline library from 2,4-dichloroquinazolines and amines using 3,5-dimethoxy 4-formyl-phenoxy-polystyrene resin is described. (C) 2000 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
