摘要：

Warthin's tumour is the second most common benign lesion of parotid gland after pleomorphic adenoma. Common presentations of Warthin's tumour includes painless and slow growing lesion of parotid gland. It rarely presents as an ulcerating and fungating lesion. We report a case of 62-year-old Malay lady presented with an ulcerating right parotid mass mimicking a malignant parotid lesion, which later reported as Warthin's tumour.
