摘要
With the development of economic globalization and the acceleration of the process of China's reform and opening up, Chinese labor relationship has changed a lot in its form and contents, and the issue of labor relationship becomes increasingly significant in recent years. In this paper, an evaluation system of harmonious labor relationship was established from both subjective and objective point of view. Entropy method and AHP (analytic hierarchy process) were used to determine the weights of indexes. The subjective part is composed of 5 first level evaluation indexes and 24 second level evaluation indexes, and the objective part involves 8 first level evaluation indexes and 27 second level evaluation indexes.
