摘要
In the operation of sulfur hexafluoride electrical equipment, some of the gases will undergo redox and hydrolysis reactions in the process of break down or arc extinguishing. A series of subfluoride and metal fluoride decomposed components will be generated due to arc energy, equipment materials and other factors. By on-site detection of the content of SO2, H2S, CO and other characteristic components, the operating condition of the sulfur hexafluoride electrical equipment can be accurately understood, even the location and type of the equipment failure can be confirmed. The domestic and foreign relevant standards of decomposed components for on-site tests are introducesd according to the results of spark discharge experiment along the insulator surface and facts of field discharge defects cases. Taking into account the effect of adsorbent on the decomposed components, the diagnostic basis of SO2, H2S, CO and other on-site test components for sulfur hexafluoride electrical equipment are proposed: in the circuit breaker arc chamber, SO2 <= 3 mu L/L, H2S <= 2 mu L/L; other gas chamber, SO2 <= 1 mu L/L, H2S <= 1 mu L/L; and CO <= 300 mu L/L. This diagnostic basis has been revised and incorporated into the China Southern Power Grid Enterprise Standard Q/CSG1206007-2017 Regulations of Test for Electric Equipment.
