摘要
Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death in both men and women in industrialized countries, with an increasing prevalence according to age. Diagnostic and therapeutic management of ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction is actually well established, unlike acute coronary syndrome without ST-segment elevation (NSTEACS), where the tools of patient risk stratification are crucial to establish them.
