摘要
The article describes the technological basis for production of the ammonium nitrate with a nanoporous structure as a component of the non-trotyl industrial explosive ANFO. The necessity to obtain a nanoporous structure with various pores to ensure reliable absorptivity and retentivity of diesel fuel distillate is substantiated. The construction of a vortex device with a combined flow motion as the main equipment of the unit to produce porous ammonium nitrate is proposed. The morphology of the surface and near-surface layers in the porous ammonium nitrate granules is studied. A comparative description of the quality indicators of porous ammonium nitrate, obtained in various vortex devices is given.
